The Court of Appeals has rejected Kinabatangan MP Bung Moktar Radin and his wife Zizie Izette Abdul Samad's request to review the decision ordering them to enter a defence on graft charges.

The Umno leader and his former actress wife had sought to obtain leave to review a ruling requiring them to enter their defence on three corruption charges involving RM2.8 million.
