LCS: Ex-navy commander gets DNAA in RM21m CBT case

The Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court has granted a discharged not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) to former Boustead Naval Shipyard Sdn Bhd (BNS) managing director Ahmad Ramli Mohd Nor.

This is over three counts of criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving RM21.08 million related to the navy’s littoral combat ship (LCS) project.
