The Yang Dipertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir has ordered the immediate revocation of the Darjah Setia Bakti Negeri Sembilan (DBNS) award conferred upon former Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) vice-chancellor Mohd Ekhwan Toriman.

“This decision aims to uphold the dignity and honour of the Royal Institution in Negeri Sembilan,” said Registrar of Orders Mohd Zafir Ibrahim in a statement today.
