Perikatan Nasional has urged a nationwide solat hajat to be held at 8pm today, demanding justice for chief whip Takiyuddin Hassan, who is facing a parliamentary motion calling for his suspension.

Although there is no confirmation if and when the motion will be tabled, the move has provoked staunch criticism from PN MPs, who gathered at a press conference in Parliament today in solidarity with the PAS secretary-general.
