The daughter of jailed former Sabah minister Peter Anthony will contest his old seat in Melalap, as Parti Kesejahteraan Demokratik Masyarakat (KDM) released its initial list of candidates for the forthcoming state election.

Priscella Peter, 27, who is now serving as KDM’s acting president, has been named the party’s candidate for Melalap, a constituency her father held for two terms before he was convicted and imprisoned earlier this year.
