The Shah Alam High Court has sentenced GISB Holding Sdn Bhd (GISBH) CEO Nasiruddin Ali and 21 others to jail and fines for being members of an unlawful organisation.

Judge Latifah Tahar meted out the sentence after they pleaded guilty to alternative charges under Section 43 of the Societies Act 1966 this morning.
