Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has condemned the alleged assault on Dang Wangi district police chief Sulizmie Affendy Sulaiman, which left the officer bloodied, during an eviction operation in Kampung Sungai Baru today. 

Anwar said he has urged authorities to immediately launch an investigation into the matter and “swiftly apprehend” the supposed assailants responsible for Suzilme’s injuries.
