Muda will convene a special meeting tonight to discuss the status of its former president, Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman, following the acquittal granted to him by the Court of Appeal today.

The party’s acting president, Amira Aisya Abdul Aziz, said the meeting is necessary after the appellate court acquitted Syed Saddiq of four charges of criminal breach of trust, misappropriation of property, and money laundering linked to RM1.12 million of Bersatu Youth funds.
