The Harvard Club of Malaysia has issued a statement backing their alma mater, following the Donald Trump administration’s decision yesterday to revoke Harvard University’s ability to take in international students.

In a statement today, the alumni group warned against the dangers of academic isolation and emphasised that universities must remain open to global perspectives to maintain their role as bastions of human progress.
