The Malacca Health Department has been ordered to immediately investigate an allegation that a 22-month-old girl with a high fever suffered a seizure after waiting 11 hours for treatment at the Malacca Hospital yesterday.

State Health, Human Resources and Unity executive councillor Ngwe Hee Sem said he was aware of the viral case, even though he is abroad, and had ordered a thorough investigation.
