An aide to Deputy Education Minister Wong Kah Woh had lodged a police report against a pro-Perikatan Nasional activist after she uploaded a video claiming students in a Perak Chinese school had sung the national anthem in Chinese during an event at the school.

Khoo Khim Han said the police report against Syarul Ema Rena Abu Samah, also known as Ratu Naga, was for alleged slander and fanning racial sentiments on social media.
