The review of the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma) will consider balancing aspects of upholding national security and respecting human rights, said Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.

The review, he added, would focus on certain provisions such as Section 13, which touches on bailable and non-bailable offences.
