Malaysian Corruption Watch (MCW) has called for comprehensive reforms to combat corruption in the country amid the release of the global 2024 Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) today.

According to the anti-graft NGO, the reforms needed include expediting institutional reform agendas, strengthening monitoring mechanisms, and enhancing transparency in public resource management.
