Some 61,274 voters eligible to cast their ballots will head to polling centres to elect their new representative in the Mahkota by-election today.
At 8am today, 20 polling stations with 109 channels will open for the voting process and close simultaneously at 6pm.
The Election Commission issued 607 postal ballot papers on Sept 15.
