The Kampar District Council has refuted allegations that its enforcement officers stole livestock from a private enclosure.

Council president Ahmad Suqairy Alias clarified that its enforcement division seized the two buffaloes in question on April 23 for straying into the Tunku Abdul Rahman College area in Kampar.
