Advocacy group Projek Sama has urged the Pardons Board to fully disclose the grounds of application by jailed ex-premier Najib Abdul Razak.

It also called for the board to clarify the recommendations made to Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah, whose reign as king ended yesterday.
