United Progressive Kinabalu Organisation (Upko) and Sabah DAP today demanded that the authorities probe damning allegations by former inspector-general of police Abdul Hamid Bador.

The two key issues which need to be probed, said the two parties, were Hamid's allegation of political corruption among lawmakers who defect, as well as allegations that Home Minister Hamzah Zainuddin was interfering in police affairs.

These demands were jointly made in a police report filed by Upko vice-president Ewon Benedick and Sabah DAP Youth chief Phoong Jin Zhe in Kota Kinabalu today. They are...
