Covid-19: KK prison is 81 pct overcapacity, says minister

The Kepayan prison in Kota Kinabalu - which is the centre of a massive Covid-19 outbreak - is severely overcapacity, said Sabah Local Government and Housing Minister Masidi Manjun.

"Right now, the Kota Kinabalu central prison (Kepayan) is experiencing overcapacity, up to 81 percent more than the set capacity," he was quoted as saying by Sinar Harian at a press conference this evening...
