Rather than seeking to declare a state of emergency, a Selangor BN leader has urged Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin to be a "gentleman" and resign from his position.

Selangor BN information chief Isham Jalil said it would be best for the current political uncertainties to be resolved by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
