Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) has appointed former Perak menteri besar Zambry Abd Kadir as its non-independent non-executive chairperson, effective Aug 12, taking over from Zainun Ali.

Zambry, who is the Pangkor assemblyperson since 2004, and former Perak menteri besar from 2009 to 2018, holds a PhD and Masters from Temple University, US, and a Masters and Bachelors degree in economics from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).
