A lawyer has been remanded for seven days, starting yesterday, to assist with investigations into the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority’s (Risda) land acquisition case in Tongod, Sandakan.

Magistrate Lovely Natasha Charles granted the remand application filed by the MACC.
