The Saloma walkway was unveiled on Feb 5. The iconic bridge links Kampung Baru with KLCC.

It is the longest, beamless elevated walkway in the country.

The structure draws inspiration from the Bridge of Peace in Tbilisi, Georgia.

The Malaysian version adds a touch of Malay culturen with the betel nut leaf arrangement (Sirih Junjung) design, often seen during Malay weddings.

The 69-metre bridge runs above the Klang river and Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway.
