1MDB-linked Nik Faisal Ariff Kamil, Suboh Mohd Yassin and Gandingan Mentari Sdn Bhd are now the target of the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) for alleged failure to submit the annual financial statement for 2017.

This was revealed during open court proceedings before Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court judge Manira Mohd Nor today.
