<p>Acting Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Nazrin Shah granted an audience to DAP veteran Lim Kit Siang on Tuesday. This is the first time the two had met.</p><p>According to a Facebook post by DAP political education director Liew Chin Tong, he, along with former <i>Bernama</i> chairperson Annuar Zaini, former Sungai Benut MP Tawfik Ismail and Penang Institute executive director Ooi Kee Beng accompanied Lim. </p><p>"This is the first time Lim was granted an audience with His Majesty. The two seemed happy talking about current affairs.</p><p>"His Majesty was wise and generously shared his knowledge with us," wrote Liew, who is also the deputy defence minister. </p><p class="">
