Former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak turned up at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya today.

It is believed that he is there to assist with the investigations into a solar panel project for schools in Sarawak.

The vehicle he was travelling in was seen entering the front gates of the MACC headquarters at 9.23am, followed by a police car.

Najib has been to the MACC office several times before this to help in the investigations into several cases, with the last being on Nov 8.

Last Thursday, Najib’s wife Rosmah Mansor was charged with two counts of corruption involving RM1.5 million over a project to supply and install solar energy panels in 369 rural schools in Sarawak two years ago.

Rizal Mansor, the former aide to Rosmah, was also charged with four counts of soliciting and receiving bribes for himself and Rosmah, amounting to RM5.5 million, in connection with the same project.
