An application by 1MDB and the government for a judgment in default (JID) on the sale of the Equanimity superyacht will be decided by the Kuala Lumpur High Court tomorrow.

Lawyer Sitpah Selvaratnam, who is part of the 1MDB legal team appointed by the Attorney-General's Chambers, told reporters today that the hearing of the application before Judicial Commissioner Khadijah Idris had been adjourned to Friday.

"(The hearing) will be continued tomorrow. Come to see us tomorrow at 3pm," Sitpah said outside court soon after the application hearing in chambers was adjourned at 11am...
