A former PAS leader has described the Islamic party's acceptance of former Selangor menteri besar Khalid Ibrahim as a sign of its "preparedness to form a mixed government" with Umno and BN.

Pokok Sena MP Mahfuz Omar said Khalid, on the other hand, had expressed his willingness to assist BN to seize Selangor from Pakatan Harapan.

"He is also willing to help PAS, which has helped him a lot in the past.

"This kind of development is increasingly seen as tightening the ties - hot love and romance - between PAS and Umno," Mahfuz added...
