Selangor has introduced a new health insurance scheme for the state's civil servants.

Selangor Menteri Besar Azmin Ali unveiled the "Skim Peduli Sihat Penjawat Awam Selangor" at the monthly state civil service meeting today, after praising the state's civil service for its hard work and contributions to the state's progress over the past year.

"The takaful scheme is an endeavor to help Selangor civil service members obtain quality healthcare."
