Pakatan Harapan allies DAP and Amanah have returned to the drawing board in regard to the strategy for Johor's Ayer Hitam with DAP looking to contest the parliamentary seat in the coming polls.

Previously, the Harapan leadership said the seat would go to an Amanah candidate who would stand on DAP's ticket.
