Bellew breaks silence on quitting MAS

Khazanah Nasional Berhad dismissed as speculation claims that Malaysia Airlines chief executive officer Peter Bellew left the company due to its interference.

Transport Minister Liow Tiong Lai said he was in the dark over the reason of Bellew's departure.

Bellew, in a personal statement, said he possibly drove Khazanah "mad" with his constant questions and desire for consensus but stressed that there was no government interference.

PKR Youth strategic director Akmal Nasir urged to government to review its proposal to allow export-oriented companies to recruit 100 percent foreign workers for their production line.

MIC and MyPPP eyes Cameron Highlands

MyPPP president M Kayveas claimed he had waited 17 years for the Cameron Highlands parliamentary seat.
