Najib to celebrate MACC's 50th anniversary

Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak will be celebrating the MACC's 50th anniversary together with the graftbusters today. This comes as a corruption scandal continues to plague the prime minister.

MACC chief Dzulkifli Ahmad said the voluntary screening of candidates for the 14th general election (GE14) would not extend to their family members.

Najib will have the final say on BN's GE14 line-up, Umno information chief, Annuar Musa said.

Mahathir prays for Anwar
