A leadership with a moral compass is the pre-requisite for Malaysia to be on the right path to success, Selangor Menteri Besar Mohamed Azmin Ali said today.

Speaking during a Malaysia Day dialogue in Shah Alam, Azmin said the first principle to transform a nation would be to have the courage of conviction to push for a reform agenda.

"The second principle is that the leadership must have a moral compass.
