Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has accused the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) of singling out Penang for refusing to sign the commission's anti-corruption pledge.

Lim said that there were other states which have refused to do so, but MACC head Dzulkifli Ahmad had repeatedly criticised the Penang government only.

"He does not mention those states. He keeps targeting Penang. Why is he doing this?" asked Lim when met by reporters today.
