The hearing of an appeal by a man convicted of voluntarily causing grievous hurt to national boxer Muhammad Farkhan Mohd Haron five years ago has been adjourned to July 13.

This came after the Court of Appeal ordered Tunku Nick Tazuddin Izwan Syah Tunku Qadir to file his petition of appeal within 14 days from today.

The order was made by Justice Mohd Zawawi Mohd Salleh, who led the three-member bench, after DPP Kwan Li Sa informed the court that Tunku Nick Tazuddin's newly appointed lawyer had failed to do so...
