Grab Malaysia today denied that drivers are unhappy with the company's policy of fining RM1 every time a driver rejects a ride request.

"From my understanding, most of the drivers are pretty happy.

"In fact, its actually a bonus (to genuine drivers)," its country head Sean Goh told Malaysiakini.
