The High Court in Kuala Lumpur has fixed Jan 17 to hear Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua’s application to strike out a suit filed by Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak.

Judicial Commissioner Roslan Abu Bakar fixed the date after meeting the parties during case management this morning.
