Barely an hour after the Penang legislative assembly convened this morning, speaker Law Choo Kiang warned two representatives from DAP and Umno that he would eject both for disrupting House proceedings.

Law found the duo - RSN Rayer (DAP-Seri Delima) and Roslan Saidin (BN-Pinang Tunggal) - to be disrupting the House during a question-and-answer session.

The slight banter happened when state executive councillor for health, Dr Afif Bahardin, was answering a written question on his portfolio.
