Based on his track record, PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang will shoot down his deputy's call for a ceasefire between opposition parties, said an Umno supreme council member.

Shamsul Anuar Nasarah said Hadi's history of vetoing Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man all but guarantees that the PAS number two's plan of uniting the opposition to defeat BN would fail.
