COMMENT There has been a lot of talk about the third force, even before the second force is strong enough to capture Putrajaya.

The latest is the talk about Ikatan, a relatively small party, trying to woo the Islamist party PAS to form a coalition that can become the third force.

With all due respect to Zaid Ibrahim, this idea about which the former Umno minister spoke so zealously is at best laughable, if not a totally illogical solution to the Malaysian politics.
