LETTER | Stop ‘malu apa bossku campaign' in PRU
ADS

LETTER | I am a lifetime MCA member and part of BN and I would like to lodge a complaint on the “malu apa bossku campaign” which is against Islamic teaching.

When it is against Islamic teachings, it is violating Article 3 of the Federal Constitution of Malaysia, which says Islam is the official religion of the federation, and the “malu apa" campaign clearly showed no respect to Yang di-Pertuan Agong, the head of Islam religion in this country.

Najib Abdul Razak is a convicted criminal sentenced to 12-year-jail by the High Court of Malaysia.

He is not a candidate but has actively participated in the campaigning as if he is one, his poster bigger than all other candidates, and he is trying to put credits onto himself with his Bollywood style "malu apa bossku" series of acts and shows.

He is indeed trying to become popular with a very big "production budget", probably bigger than "The Wolf of Wall Street", and this is for Election Commission to investigate.

If all Malaysians learn to be tak malu like him, then what is the point of all elections?

What kind of talents, or leaders, that the EC is preparing for the country? Leaders yang tak tahu malu?

Urusan Seri Paduka Baginda, as claimed during the dissolve of national or state assemblies, is the sacred responsibility of the Election Commission, which is supposed to carry out the duties with the highest level of integrity and honour.

We need leaders with morals and ethics.

"Malu apa bossku" must be stopped and must not be used in any election campaign (PRN/PRU) in Malaysia.

Right the wrong, with courage and consciousness.

The country must come first, everything else comes second.
