Key Responsibilities
- Meeting targets for the assigned revenue channels
- Maintain good relationships with monetization partners, understand and
implement new digital advertising products
- Able to negotiate with potential new partners and build a business case
for management review
- Prepare weekly reports on network performance for management
- Identify process and performance improvements for serving ads
- Able to work with multiple teams across the group to implement new
initiatives

- Data analysis and spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel)

- Yield optimization in digital advertising

- Punctuality and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly via Google university and other online

Prior Experience
Experience with yield management, media agencies, ad-buying will be an
advantage but not necessary
