Overview
A spokesperson is the public face and voice for an organisation and often engaged in a variety of in-person speaking engagements such as community events, conferences, as well as, media interviews.
Hence, it is crucial for an effective media spokesperson to understand perspectives and use different techniques to stay on message when dealing with audiences, messages and the media.
This 2-day interactive course is meant to train articulate spokespersons within any organisation who may be approached by members of the media and thrust into the spotlight.
