COMMENT | Malaysians Against Death Penalty and Torture (Madpet) is appalled by Machang MP Wan Ahmad Fayhsal Wan Ahmad Kamal’s call on the government to study legal amendments to allow capital punishment to be imposed on drunk drivers who cause death.
