Human Resource Development Corporation’s (HRD Corp) much-awaited human capital conference is back after a two-year hiatus, sporting a new name.

Formerly known as the HRDF Conference & Exhibition, the conference has been HRD Corp’s annual flagship event since 2001. Now in its 20th iteration, it has been rebranded as the National Human Capital Conference & Exhibition (NHCCE) 2022.

NHCCE 2022 brings together a community of trailblazers, thought leaders and industry experts. Themed HR 5.0: The Next Evolution in Human Resource Development, the two-day event aims to empower HR leaders and practitioners to take a fresh approach to their respective roles. This can be done by embracing new technology and processes that will drive efficiency and productivity at the workplace while pushing the boundaries of human resources management towards HR 5.0.

“As the primary driver of Malaysia’s human capital development aspirations, HRD Corp believes that HR will be the driving force for the future of work. To that end, we are focusing on delivering on the aspirations of HR 5.0, which aims to empower business and HR leaders to embrace new technology to drive efficiency and productivity while enabling employees to build and stay ahead of critical skills and competencies. The NHCCE is a platform for industry players and thought leaders from across the region to come together to discuss these priorities in greater detail. I hope everyone will take advantage of this opportunity and come and join us,” Datuk Shahul Dawood, Chief Executive, HRD Corp.

HRD Corp expects the participation of 2,000 delegates for the conference portion of NHCCE 2022 and 200 exhibitors and 5,000 visitors for the exhibition portion.
