KPJ Healthcare Berhad (“KPJ Healthcare” or “the Group”) today officially launched AiNNOVATION 2025, a four-day showcase of healthcare innovation and public wellness engagement, held at 1 Utama Shopping Centre from 12 to 15 June.
The launch was officiated this morning by Yang Berhormat Puan Jamaliah Binti Jamaluddin; Selangor Exco, Public Health and Environment, State Assemblyman for Bandar Utama, who attended the event on behalf of Selangor Menteri Besar, Yang Amat Berhormat Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari. Her presence reflects the importance of healthcare innovation as a shared agenda that brings together the public, private and policy sectors.

Centred around the theme Driving Innovation and Inclusivity Through AI, AiNNOVATION 2025 brings to life KPJ’s commitment to Care for Life through smarter, people-focused solutions. It is part of the Group’s ongoing transformation journey through the KPJ Health System, aimed at delivering more connected, patient-centred care across its network. The KPJ Health System is an integrated framework that aligns clinical care, education and research across the Group to elevate standards and strengthen delivery of care to patients.
A key highlight is the Patient Journey Booth, where visitors can experience how technology supports every step of care, from pre-admission to recovery. The interactive walkthrough features innovations such as AI-assisted diagnostics, robotic rehabilitation, digital health records and smart hospital systems, presented in an engaging and accessible way for all visitors.

Complementing the showcase are a range of health and wellness activities designed for families and individuals of all ages. These include free screenings, Zumba sessions, wellness games, robotics challenges for kids, cooking demos and attractive giveaways.
Chin Keat Chyuan, President & Managing Director of KPJ Healthcare said, “AiNNOVATION is more than just an event. It offers a glimpse into how KPJ Healthcare is evolving with the times, investing in digital capabilities, nurturing future talent through KPJU and embedding innovation into how we work and serve. We believe innovation must serve a clear purpose. It must lead to better outcomes for patients, better tools for clinicians and better access for communities.”

The event also features participation from KPJ’s hospitals, KPJ Healthcare University, KPJ Research & Innovation Centre, and the Malaysia International Healthcare (MIH) Megatrends 2025 team, reflecting KPJ’s integrated approach to future-ready care.
AiNNOVATION 2025 was open to the public until Sunday, 15 June 2025, at 1 Utama Shopping Centre (Ground Floor, Centre Court). Admission was free.
