TOGL Technology Sdn Bhd (TOGL) and Huawei Malaysia have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly develop a next-generation e-commerce and customer loyalty platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI). The signing took place in the presence of Malaysia’s Minister of Digital, YB Gobind Singh Deo, and His Excellency Lan Tianli, Governor of China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

This landmark agreement brings together TOGL’s deep market insight in Southeast Asia and Huawei’s advanced AI capabilities to accelerate the integration of “AI + E-Commerce + Loyalty.” The platform will be designed to enhance user engagement through smart analytics, dynamic rewards, and tailored spending incentives—offering a personalized consumer experience while equipping merchants with actionable data and growth opportunities.

The collaboration is part of a broader effort to strengthen digital ties between China and Malaysia, with six strategic MoUs signed covering areas including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and higher education. This development signifies a major step forward in bilateral cooperation in the digital economy and innovation sectors.
