As the holy month of Ramadan begins, Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA invites guests to embark on a culinary journey with its grand “Samudra” themed Buka Puasa buffet, featuring an extensive spread of 360 dishes. Designed to celebrate the spirit of togetherness, this Ramadan feast offers a delightful experience for all guests observing ‘Puasa’ throughout the month.

Drawing inspiration from the vast richness of the sea, land, and culture, the “Samudra” buffet showcases a blend of traditional Archipelago delicacies, Middle Eastern flavours, and a variety of international cuisines. Guests can indulge in mouth-watering signature dishes such as the succulent Whole Roasted Lamb, freshly grilled seafood, hearty bubur lambuk, aromatic biryani, and a selection of live cooking stations serving satay, murtabak, and more.

Diners can also look forward to a dedicated dessert station offering a mix of classic kuih-muih, Middle Eastern sweets like baklava, and refreshing beverages such as air bandung and tebu to break their fast in the most fulfilling way.
