Selangor Menteri Besar Mohamed Azmin Ali has welcomed the newly-formed cooperative framework between Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) and PAS.

"This new development shows the maturity and leadership of Bersatu and PAS in their efforts to find common ground for the benefit of all Malaysians," Azmin said in a statement today.

This is part of a continuous and positive effort to bolster the two-party system and provide a dynamic, strong and viable alternative for the rakyat to replace Umno and BN, he said.

PKR will continue to cooperate with PAS and Bersatu, he said, to strengthen their partnership and the coalition and mobilise the rakyat so that the opposition can win in the upcoming 14th general elections.
