DAP lawmaker Jeff Ooi was released from police custody after four hours of questioning at the Penang Northeast police headquarters.

The Jelutong MP walked out with his lawyer RSN Rayer at about 6.20pm.

"He was under arrest for four hours and was finally released on police bail after they took his statement," Rayer said.
