PAS vice-president Salahuddin Ayub is prepared to meet with Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi over the minister’s statement that action will be taken against Unit Amal.

Salahuddin said the unit does not need to be registered with the Registrar of Societies (ROS) as it falls under Article 54(9)(d) of the PAS constitution, which allows the PAS Youth with to form any committee or bureau as needed.
